7-10 applications over 7-10 days. If you have sensitive teeth, apply every second day. So, 7-10 applications over 14-20 days.

Store your gel in the fridge and use it for touch-ups before special events. As long as it remains in the gel form, it can be used. After 4-6 months, it will break down into a liquid and should then be discarded.

You may notice bubbling, tingling, and/or increased saliva – this is normal. However, if you experience irritation or stinging, rinse off immediately and discontinue use. The active ingredient is 6.9% hydrogen peroxide in a clear gel. This ingredient releases tiny oxygen bubbles which break down stains and discolouration present in your enamel. There’s no harsh scrubbing or abrasives involved.
