Ingredients

Directions for use
Toothpaste: Apply a pea sized dab of toothpaste to toothbrush, then brush teeth for two minutes. Spit. Use morning and night. Children under 6: Use a smear of paste and brush with adult supervision.
Tablets: Gently chew a tab, then brush as normal. Spit.Use morning and night. Children 3-5: Use half a tab and brush with adult supervision.
Powder: Press a DRY toothbrush into powder and then brush as normal. Spit.Use morning and night. Children under 6: Use a rice grain sized amount and brush with adult supervision.
Store out of reach of children and pets. This product is self preserving. Close lid after use.

I’ve had friends who’ve tried to convince me to use toothpaste tablets before, and have finally made the switch because of Solid Oral. Sure, it takes a bit of getting used to, but the fact I can pick up and refill my own toothpaste (i.e cut the plastic waste that ends up in landfill out of this whole situation is just awesome and quite meaningful to me).
