Directions: Gently chew into a paste OR press into toothbrush bristles and add a few drops of water. Brush teeth as normal for 2 minutes. Spit. Use morning and night. Our unique formulation allows our tablets to transform into toothpaste as soon as they come in contact with water or saliva.
Ingredients: calcium carbonate, xylitol, acacia gum, sodium bicarbonate, flavour oil, coconut oil, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, menthol, monk fruit extract; contains 1000ppm fluoride as sodium monofluorophosphate. More information on each ingredient.

The tablets did not work for me and anyone I gave a few too, to test them. The tablet gets stuck in the tooth versus did its “toothpaste” action. Their paste works very well (though does go a bit dry towards the end of the jar). I like both this small size and the normal size as I travel alot. Ideally one could buy bulk and refill their own jar. As for tablets — I will give a miss.

So convenient! I take them tramping with me and they were also great on an overseas flight. A small amount goes a long way. I chew as instructed and then a wee swish around the mouth and then start brushing.
