I bought 5 of them based on the exact same previous brush I had. They now changed the bamboo or coating. It’s terrible. The smooth surface just washes off at first brushing and it becomes quite rough. Damaged my lips very quickly. It’s really sore. So much for a sensitive brush. No reply from SOLID. I’ll keep fighting because I have proof how different the new brushes are to my old one that I loved. Stay away though! The quality has been downgraded.

Very disappointed with quality of toothbrush, brush. It felt good but brush head did not last very long at all. Handle is lovely and smooth (rounded). I will now need to try different bamboo brushes.

I was a bit hesitant at first because in the past, I tried a different bamboo toothbrush that I didn’t like (it was rough and felt weird using it). This one, though, is perfect – smooth except for the bristles, which are soft as advertised. Works well, I intend to keep using it.
