Return Your Solid Jars Here
These stores are part of our jar return programme and will accept your empty, clean, and delabelled Solid jars and bottles.
Important note: We keep this list as up to date as possible, but if you are travelling a long way to a store you have not been to before, we recommend phoning ahead to check they will take your returns.
Locations marked with an asterisk * are not stores and are unable to stamp loyalty cards, but will happily accept returns!
Alternatively, you can save up your jars and send them back to us directly! Purchase a courier ticket here. We will email you a ticket PDF to print and attach to your parcel. We also have a dropbox in Titahi Bay, Porirua. Place your clean, empty, and de-labelled jars and bottles in the white returns box at 56 Tireti Road, Titahi Bay. Please include your name, email address and number of jars returned, so we know who to credit the returns to. Once you’ve returned 12 in total, we’ll credit your account for a free toothpaste.
