We pack all orders using repurposed paper, cardboard boxes, gummed paper tape and paper labels. No plastic and no unnecessary courier bags.

Free New Zealand shipping

on orders $60NZD and over, including our rural friends.

Orders under $60NZD are $6.50NZD nationwide for urban addresses, and $10.50NZD for rural addresses.

Your order will be sent via tracked CourierPost and should arrive within 5 days of ordering. Rural delivery may take a few more days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number from Zappy. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder.

Return and refund policy

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns once an item has been sent. If there are any issues with your order once you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Cancellation policy

We’re really proud to to pick and pack your orders quickly. Therefore, if you wish to cancel or change your order, you’ll need to email us within 5 minutes of placing your order.
