Calcium carbonate, xylitol, glycerin, water, potassium nitrate, coconut oil, flavour oil, xanthan gum, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, menthol, monk fruit extract; contains 1490ppm fluoride as sodium monofluorophosphate. More information on each ingredient.
Using a clean dry spatula, apply a pea sized dab of toothpaste to a soft toothbrush, then brush teeth for two minutes. Spit. Use morning and night. Designed for age 12+. Consult your dentist if sensitivity persists after two weeks of twice daily use.
Store out of reach of children and pets. This product is self preserving. Close lid securely after use.

I am on my second jar and haven’t had any issues so far. The minty flavour is quite strong, but you do get used to it (and thank goodness it’s not menthol, just mint!). I love that it is plastic free, and it also lasts AGES (3-4 months for 1 jar), making it great value.
I had trouble opening and closing my first jar. It got very stiff (sometimes none of my flatmates could open it, either!), and some black residue would seal it shut–I guess the toothpaste being exposed to air or something? It seemed very strange… But the second jar has not been as difficult, so I’m thinking maybe the lid on the first jar was a bit too tight/faulty.
Overall, will definitely keep ordering. Also SO HAPPY to have a natural, plastic-free toothpaste that is friendly for the budget, has fluoride, AND ACTUALLY WORKS!

Taste 5/5. effectiveness 5/5 (it really is easier to get to smoothly clean teeth with this toothpaste compared to my sensodyn and colgate ones). We use a tiny teaspoon and yes it’s a tiny bit less convenient than the tube but worth it for the quality+waste avoidance. Love that we can return the jars. Need care to not drip water into the jar or the toothpaste gets runny. We’ve got a routine now as we load up everyone’s brushes at once and it’s easy. This is my 2nd jar. Very effective. I am also using whitening gel at present, so t is proving itself.
This batch/adjusted formula is firmer so gives a clean scoop out of the jar (less gooey). As well it isn’t so gritty.
Overall a great product.

Not sure what to say about the sensitive component, because this can be so subjective, or maybe my teeth are just not as sensitive as I thought. I love the paste, it’s easy to use and does what it’s meant to do and the flavour is spot on. Been using Solid products for some months and while personal experience is only anecdotal I’ve not experienced any difference in my dental wellbeing. In other words as good as what you get in the supermarket for doing the job. The big plus obviously is that the packaging is returnable, recyclable, reusable.
